What it does
One place to ask, and to act
Not a chatbot that reads you a help doc. An agent that works on your live data and drafts the action for your sign-off.
Grounded in your data
Every answer is built from your own sales, inventory, suppliers, and promos, with the records it used shown, not a generic reply.
Drafts complete actions
Ask for a reorder and it assembles the PO; ask about overstock and it drafts the markdown. Each one ready for your approval.
Authority envelope
Nothing executes on its own. Auto-approve caps and trusted suppliers are yours to set; the default is zero.
One approval door
Every action the agent proposes runs through the same approve step and the same rules. There are no side doors.
Full audit log
Every question, draft, edit, and approval is recorded, so you can always see what happened, and why.
Cited answers
It shows the numbers and sources behind each answer. The same show-your-work standard as the forecast.

How it works
Live in a day, not a quarter
Ask in plain English
Type a question about your demand: what's at risk, what to reorder, what to promote.
It drafts against your live data
The Copilot answers from your own records and assembles the PO, promo, or markdown it implies.
You approve. It writes back
One click sends the action through, written back to Shopify or Brightpearl, with the forecast updated.

FAQ
Copilot, answered
Does the Copilot act on its own?
No. It drafts; you approve. The authority envelope defaults to zero auto-approve, every action runs through one approval door, and every step is written to an audit log. You decide the caps and which suppliers, if any, are trusted.
What can I ask it today?
Questions grounded in your own data: what's at risk, what's overstocked, what to reorder, how a promo scored. It drafts the purchase orders those answers imply and recommends the markdowns and promos to review, for your approval.
Is it grounded in my data, or generic?
Your own data. Answers are built from your live sales, inventory, suppliers, and promo history, and the Copilot shows the records and drivers it used. The same explainable standard as the forecast.
Does it keep a record of what it did?
Yes. A full audit log of every question, draft, edit, and approval, so you can always see what happened and why.
Will it replace my planning screens?
No. It's the fast path to them. The full buying table, forecasts, and boards are all still there; the Copilot just gets you to the answer, and the action, faster.
